What types of corporate events do you manage?
Conferences and summits, gala dinners and award nights, product launches and grand openings, family days and team building, corporate milestones, exhibition stands and experiential brand activations. We work with businesses only.
Do you take on the whole event?
Yes, always. Strategy, creative, venue coordination, stage and set, AV and lighting, entertainment, guest management and on-site delivery sit with one accountable team, and the proposal confirms exactly what is included. We don't take on piecemeal work.
Do you provide AV or equipment without full event management?
No. AV and event technology come as part of the complete events we plan and deliver, so the team that plans your event also specifies, sets up and runs it. We don't rent out equipment on its own.
How early should we start planning?
As soon as the date, objective and rough budget are known. Large conferences, galas and launches usually benefit from several months, especially in peak season, because venues, entertainment and production book up. Shorter timelines are often possible: CANPACK's 500-guest family day was delivered one week after confirmation.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes. We deliver across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah, and in Saudi Arabia, where we have run conferences in Riyadh such as Eurovent Middle East's HVACR conference for 200 guests.
How much does a corporate event cost?
It depends on the venue, attendance, duration, stage and AV, entertainment, catering, staffing and lead time. Share your brief and a budget range, and we recommend a realistic scope in a tailored proposal.
What do you need from us for a proposal?
The event type, objective, preferred date, city or venue, expected attendance, budget range and the services you need. The audience, programme, branding and technical needs, and your decision deadline, help too.
